Fully furnished bright double room available in Stirling for young professional. Wifi/tv license included in price. (single occupancy only, no couples etc)

Young professionals preferred/not for students (Unless willing to pay towards council tax)

Room- £340 per month, includes a double bed + mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table and desk + chair (chair will be replaced with a swivel one rather than the one in the photos)
(£340 deposit required too to secure room)

Bills/ council tax payed separately and equally amongst flatmates.
Council tax band D - around £50 to £70 per month per tenant
Bills between £20 to £50 per month per tenant

First floor flat situated just opposite Tesco in Stirling city centre, walking distance to the shops, many bus stops and to the train station.

You would be sharing with two young professionals, myself, Havana who has just completed my Masters at the University, looking for employment, and Hannah a part time student studying a Masters in public health and working full time at the University.

We also have a hamster in the flat who stays in my room (Havana), just incase of any potential allergy issues. There is also a fish tank in the living room.

We are both fully vaccinated and would require for yourself to be fully vaccinated too (unless medically exempted of course), and evidence of a negative lateral flow test is required on the day of flat viewing and of moving in.

Our idea flatmate would be chilled out, relatively tidy and respectful of the shared amenities and of those working from home. No party animals, but okay with us having friends over to drink and socialise every now and then. We would also ask of them to be respectful of the Covid guidelines and open to taking a lateral flow test as and when appropriate.
