My roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over her lease, preferably by 01 July
The flat is located on Upper Craigs, right in the centre of Stirling. It is a double room with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. Bills including WiFi are typically around £60 each per month but can fluctuate either way fairly significantly.
About me:
I'm a 24 year old working in a pharmaceutical laboratory so am out the house 9-5 weekdays. I tend to go home every other weekend or so. I enjoy the outdoors and am a big traveller. I am quite tidy and would like my new flatmate to have the same level of cleanliness (I. e clean up after yourself, respect shared living spaces etc) I'm pretty laid back and tend to get on quite well with most people. I enjoy a night out but it's not something I typically do every weekend.
"Best roommate I've ever had!" -Michaella (soon to be former roommate)
