Double Room in quiet leafy street close to town

Double room in our lovely Victorian family home on a pretty & quiet road close to town centre. 10 min walk to bus station, 15 min walk to train station. Available from 25 Jan. Sharing with myself and my 16 year old son & our 2 dogs. The house is quiet (well, the dogs aren't always quiet!) with me working from home most of the time and my son either at school or a sports club. We have an old Basset Hound & a puppy Cockapoo so must be Ok with dogs. The house is clean and tidy. The present lodger says we are friendly and it's relaxed & he's happy to give a reference for us. The room will be freshly decorated for our next lodger. There is a shared bathroom which has never caused an issue in the 6 years we have had lodgers here. We have a large back garden, patio and plenty of parking outside. We are a 5 minute walk to the lido, 10 mins to the river & there is a great gy, m in the centre of town.
