Writer seeks a kind and considerate person to share her lovely town centre period property. The house is a few minutes from the bus station, the ARC shopping centre, the town centre, and Cineworld. It is ten minutes from the train station and West Suffolk College.

Rent includes all utilities, insurance, council tax, and TV licence. Also, all cleaning products, light bulbs, loo rolls and unlimited broadband, A parking permit can be acquired if needed.

The room is extensively and tastefully furnished. The mattress is new and has never been slept on. There is plenty of storage, a working area, and an armchair. Bedding and towels are included if needed.

The kitchen is equipped with a new fridge/freezer, electric double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & a new tumble dryer. The bathroom has a bath/shower and plenty of storage, there's also a delightful courtyard garden.

I have a private lounge, but there is a second lounge with comfortable seating, a table and chairs, a large TV and music system, and a fireplace that is available for the lodger,

I am a quiet and tolerant person. I like being friendly with my lodgers, but also respect private space and boundaries. I live here alone apart from when my daughter and her girlfriend visit from university. One very friendly cat lives here, but she is elderly and losing her eyesight so mostly snoozes all day. This is a quiet and peaceful house.
