You will share the bathroom with one other lodger.. it has a bath and power shower. You will have your own sitting room with large tv. The kitchen is shared by all occupants, but is large. There is a laundry room.
The property is in an SSSI area overlooking marshland/Broads, but close to local amenities.
I am looking for a professional person who would like their own nice space.
I have two curious Tonkinese cats so you must like animals.
Parking is on a private drive.
The garden is large with plenty of seating etc.
