Flatmate wanted Great Cornard

Spare bedroom available 7 days a week, has an in-built wardrobe and a single bed in there already but could fit a double bed if required. Flat comes with a bath and shower with good water pressure. On street parking out front, some off street parking around back.

Fully fitted kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Satelite dish installed but not signed up to Sky TV curently.

I like a clean home, but I also have an adorable female Siberian Husky andon the rare occasion, I may have to work long hours.

I'm happy to completely share my flat and cooking utensils etc etc. A safe and happy home is really important to me, so my ideal flat mate would be a female professional who's not a party animal, but is an outgoing person I could consider a friend.

References and passport and background checks will be required to have you put on the rental agreement.

As requested by spareroom: my preference for a female tenant is based on my opinion that females generally speaking, make better housemates i. e. more house proud, care about cooking good food, more sociable etc etc. Also, my workplace is dominated by males, so some regular female company in my life would be refreshing.
