Made up of open plan living and sleeping area with small kitchenette area (small fridge freezer, tabletop combo oven, grill and microwave; two ring hob and extractor fan) and separate en suite (shower, toilet and wash basin). A washer dryer is also available for use in the garage below and the studio benefits from an air con unit which provides both heating and cooling air. There is no garden just a small decking area outside the front door.

The Studio is available either part furnished (double bed and side tables, two seater sofa and coffee table) or unfurnished. There is inbuilt storage within the Studio.

Located on edge of Hadleigh looking out onto open countryside but ten mins walk into centre of Hadleigh. One private parking space available in front of the Studio.

Looking to rent to one person only (no more than one as the studio is small) for one year term rental. The person must have a permanent full time role which is daytime only (no overnight shift work). No pets allowed.

One month deposit and one month rent up front. References requested.
