Double room in quiet house close to town

My house has off road parking, a large sunny garden and a good size kitchen. The room is a standard size at the back of the house with a little fireplace, double wardrobe & chest of draws. There is access to the loft from the room with plenty of storage space as well. We have a shared bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom/boot room downstairs. I live here with my daughter & her boyfriend. I am looking for a tidy, considerate person who doesn’t mind a fluffy cat about the house. I do not allow animals upstairs and only non smokers please. Hadleigh is located in between Ipswich & Sudbury & is a friendly, small town with lots of things to do including shops, pubs, coffee shops and beautiful country walks. There's a bus to Ipswich and Sudbury.
