This property on Grove Lane has been recently renovated to a stunning, contemporary standard. The communal area is really spacious and offers plenty of kitchen cupboard and cooking space, as well as all the modern amenities you would expect. There is a large seating area that is more than comfortable for the current house mates to sit down and enjoy an evening in front of the TV. We are looking for prospective tenants to be like minded to the current tenants and clean and tidy to keep the property to the outstanding standard it currently is and also to be friendly and sociable so we can create a home, not just a house!
The large double room which is priced at £550 per month and is fully furnished (photos show bedding but this isn't included) includes an ensuite, double bed, wardrobe, bedside table wall hung, flat screen TV and chest of drawers. There are headphones next to the bed which allows you to listen to the TV at any time without disturbing any fellow housemates and also allows you to plug your smart phone directly into the TV to access any files.
All housemates are working professionals and are looking for a like minded house mates to create a friendly and sociable house share.
There is also a communal toilet just off the kitchen area and a designated smoking area out the back of the property.
This property doesn't offer any parking however you can park in residential roads nearby that have no restrictions such as Woodville Road, Devonshire Road, Finbars walk and Back Hamlet.
This location is East Ipswich, the most sort after area in Ipswich, next to Alexandra Park and a short walk from the popular marina area and to the town centre. Grove Lane is on the 66 bus route to BT so ideal for BT workers. There are many local shops just a 1 minute walk including a co op and pizza restaurant.
There is a weekly cleaner that cleans the communal areas and two of the ensuites every week meaning your ensuite bathroom will be cleaned every three weeks.
