Looking for someone with good personal hygiene and high standards of cleanliness. The room is large and comes furnished with a Smart TV, double bed, desk, a snuggle chair, storage for clothes, a hanging rail, and private en suite shower room. You will also have access to the lounge/kitchen/diner, two balconies and a mezzanine floor. The accomodation is very near to Ipswich mainline railway station, and also very near to the town centre. This is the only room being let out in my apartment. I live here alone. I am a gay male. I have two parakeets named Flash & Gordon, and a gerbil named Sushi. Flash & Gordon occupy the mezzanine floor. Their cage door is almost permanently open and they enjoy flying about. I am unable to offer any parking. My apartment is always kept very clean and tidy and I expect you to be the same. I am an outgoing, friendly individual.
