Furnished double bedroom with built in wardrobes. All bills included in rent. There is lots of storage available in the room and non-permit parking outside of the property. The road isn't too busy and there are always spaces to park your car (minimal parallel parking skills required 😊).
My house is located on a bus route for the train station, town center and beyond! If (like me) you like to walk everywhere - it takes 20 minutes to walk to the station and 30 minutes to walk into town. There is also an asda, fish & chip shop and pharmacy at the end of the road.
I live at the property and work Mon-Fri from the office or from home.
I'm either out and about or relaxing, watching TV. I'm a friendly person and enjoy getting to know new people. I understand the importance of privacy and would consider myself very respectful as I like a quiet and clean house. I am looking for someone like minded.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared.
It would be nice to find someone who works shifts but 9-5ers also welcome.
