Characterful Victorian Terrance house in the East side of town, in a super quiet, restful area but still close to the waterfront and town centre. My eclectic home is walking distance from the town's selection of meuseums, restaurants and bars. The bedroom has a large comfy Simba Mattress and 42 TV with the Apps, feature fireplace. Feel free to decorate it yourself how you like it. I'm away a lot, so if your looking for some freedom away from living with large groups of people in HMO's, then this is the place. The kitchen has modern fixings including an air fryer and coffee machine. There is an upstairs bath/shower with toilet and a stand alone shower with toilet downstairs too. There is a lovely Victorian Park across the street which is great for running or a nice walk to grab a coffee. And we're less than a 5min drive from the Hospital and 5min walk from the Uni. I’m Marc your live in landlord and I'm looking for a new house mate, as my trusty previous has gone and fallen in love with his dream girl, and is now moving to London with her Aww!! The room is furnished and comes with a Double Simba Bed, 48 inch TV
with fire stick and Blu-ray Player and plenty of closet space. Items can be moved into the loft if you wanted to bring your own items.
