One bedroom is slightly larger than the other.

The location of the house is ideal - 15 minute walk from centre of Ipswich and less than 20 minute walk to the beautiful waterfront which has great bars and restaurants.

A reserved off road parking space is available.

The kitchen/living room area is open plan with a breakfast bar. The garden is a sun trap and includes bespoke artwork. Broadband and TV are included.

There is a ground floor guest toilet, the current tenant has a bedroom and en suite bathroom on the second floor.

Although the house has four bedrooms, you would be sharing with only two housemates.

Current tenant is sociable and enjoys both nights out and nights in.
