The annex has its own entrance and as it is set within a gated property comes with secure parking for one vehicle.
Currently fully furnished but we are happy to remove if you would prefer your own, there is also a washing machine installed and we can supply a flat screen tv with freeview

All bills included: tv, electric, gas and water (fair use policy applies) and broadband

Unfortunately our annex isn’t suitable for everyone and we cannot accept those who are smokers or vape, are a couple, have pets or children . Suitable for full time working professionals.

In addition as it is near our own property we are looking for a quiet tenant, so party animals and those looking for a place where they can have multiple visitors need not apply

All applications will be subject to standard employers and referencing checks.

1 months deposit is required, payable when leaving if there are no repairs and if rent is paid up to date

Rent is payable in full 1 calendar month in advance on the 1st of each month.
