Double room available in north Lowestoft.

Bathroom

I will have a double room available in my house in North Lowestoft. This will be available from September.
You will have access to the whole house including your bedroom, dining room, living room, kitchen and a shared bathroom. The third bedroom can only be accessed through my bedroom so this would be inaccessible to you.
Also access to the garden with outdoor seating, bbq and a fire pit.
I am a very tidy person so would ask for you to tidy and clean up after yourself. I work full time hours but I am home Tuesday and weekends. I have two cats that are free to roam the house but you can keep your bedroom door shut if you’d rather they kept out otherwise they will try to sleep on your bed! The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. There is also a large cupboard in the room too.
