Hi,

Looking for a 1 person lodger / housemate.
Unfortunately can't accept pets.

A bit about the house

Ground floor:
Spacious lounge
A small dining area seats two
A good sized kitchen
A separate area with washer and dryer
1 guest toilet
A nice sized garden for when the weather is good, occasional gardener mows the lawn
Some storage space in garage can be discussed.

Upstairs:
1 double bedrooms with en-suite (occupied by Mike)
(available) 1 double bedroom + 1 bathroom separate for your exclusive use. (Your bathroom isn't inside your room but right next to it, bathtub with overhead shower)
2 small rooms (landlord only)

Area:
Next to fields and at the end of an estate so very quiet here in regards to traffic (non), RAF base can be seen in the distance so occasionally noise from planes.
Short walk / cycle to Mildenhall RAF
Mildenhall center nearby
Short drive to Lakenheath RAF
Located central roughly to many city centers Thetford, Kings Lynn, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge which all have larger cities or large retail parks.
