The Avenue, Pakefield short walk to CEFAS and Beach
My husband and I have a large 3 bedroom semidetatched house in a pleasant area of Pakefield, a mile from the town center, a ten minute walk from the beach with local shops and pubs all within a short walk or drive.
We have a single [350] to rent. The bedroom has plently of space but a living room with TV and DVD is available as we tend to live in the kitchen/living area.
Your room is well decorated, has a single bed and bedroom suite + tv and you share a modern bathroom with bath and shower.
We have a second WC downstairs.
We have a large patio area and garden which you can use as well as an undercover patio area.
There is no smoking in the house but outside is fine and there is a covered area should it be raining.
We are usually a quiet household but do have the occasional get together/party/BBQ nights to which you would be more than welcome.
We have 2 cats.
WiFi (when available)and bills are included.
Off the street parking is sometimes available but not guarenteed, free on road parking available.
No overnight guests.
If you can not clean up behind yourself and leave things as you find them [clean and tidy] then this home is not for you .
