I am looking to share my home on a short term basis with a reliable, friendly, clean individual. I like to keep the house tidy and enjoy socialising with others. I work during the day and am out and about quite often in the evenings, perhaps 50% of my spare time is spent out of the house. Must be reliable with payments and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere. Large patio area, off road parking, if not plenty of space roadside. Cooking and washing facilities available. Beautiful central village location, with public transport and a fantastic pub, multiple shops, post office, barbers, hairdressers also very close. I can also offer limited storage as I have a garage!
