There is plenty of room for parking on the drive. There is a frequent bus service into Croydon town centre. 433 and 64 buses run every 8 min, taking approximately 17 min travel time to East Croydon station where there are fast train connections to London Bridge (20 min), London Victoria (20 min), Gatwick Airport (20 min) Brighton (35-50 min) and many more. The trams run nearby to Wimbledon, Beckenham and Elmers End.

Sainsburys is a short walk away and the local high street has several banks, building societies, coffee shops, restaurants, a Wetherspoons pub and Aldi. There are several golf courses nearby and if you enjoy walking, there are many walks in beautiful woodland with open countryside. Croydon Sports Club is at the end of my road. Croydon town centre has a lively restaurant.
