We are looking for a short-term tenant for 1 to 3 months because the flat has been sold. We can be flexible on term up to 3 months. Periods of less than 4 weeks will be at increased rent of £200 pw.

The flat is most suitable for people working at St Peter's Hospital, Heathrow, Brooklands or in Addlestone, Chertsey and Weybridge areas and a female would be preferred.

The light and airy two bedroom flat in Addlestone is 6 years old and on first and second floor with its own front door. The second floor is occupied by the other tenant, our daughter, a physiotherapist. There is a good-sized shared sitting/dining/kitchen with dishwasher at back of flat overlooking gardens.

The spacious, furnished first floor double room (single occupancy only) is available from 25 March 2023 and has its own en suite shower room . The bedroom has a large, deep wardrobe and plenty of storage. All bills included.

The flat is a short walk from shops, restaurants and cinema, and conveniently located for hospital, Brooklands, M25, station etc. There is a locked bike store.

The room faces the High Street and the flat is next to a pub but previous tenants have not found this to be an issue. There is no parking on site for tenant but free on street parking is available locally.
