Room to rent in our family home in Ashford, close to train station and on 117 bus route.
Close to Heathrow and Staines, Royal Holloway and Strodes. Previous lodgers have been cabin crew, students and professionals.
Sharing with me, my two children and our cat. I work in a local school for children with severe learning difficulties and profound and multiple learning difficulties.
Both my children are very sporty and spent a lot of time on the hockey pitch or sideline supporting each other. My son is 17 and daughter is 19 (at Uni during term time)
You must be female and a NON-SMOKER.

Parking for one car on the drive
Room measures 3m x 3. 6m, and contains double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is an optional TV and small desk and folding chair too. Share kitchen and family bathroom, sorry not lounge.
The room is on the ground floor, available from Mid May.

NO pets or DSS - sorry.
£500. 00 per month inc all bills, no use of landline.
We are a friendly, happy family - mum, daughter, son and cat.
