The room is double aspect overlooking the large south facing gardens on two sides. Off road parking on large driveway and excellent location close to Ashtead village, M25 connection and 20 minutes walk from Ashtead station (trains to Victoria, Waterloo, London Bridge, Guildford and Dorking). Ashtead has lots of shops, is close to large shopping areas of Epsom, Guildford and Kingston, has lovely commons areas, local tennis club, running group, singing groups etc.

Bedroom is fully furnished with king size bed (recently purchased firm/medium mattress)), bedside tables, large in built wardrobe, chest of drawers, book shelf, bureau and mirror. There is a dedicated WiFi extension point in the room, The en suite bathroom has a large shower (excellent large showerhead), toilet and sink. The room is in an extension with its own corridor so is slightly separate from the rest of the upstairs (one shared wall with the main family bathroom). There is shared use of one of the lounges, kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, wifi and allocated space in kitchen cupboard, fridge and freezer. Rent includes use of all the above and all bills, there are no hidden extras.

You would be sharing a house with a family of one professional adult and two children aged eleven and thirteen in full time education. It is a non smoking, quiet household. We are looking for a lodger on a Monday to Friday basis., or alternatively on a Sunday to Thursday basis (other patterns also considered so please just ask). The room will not be used for anything else so leaving things is no problem.
