The lounge has 2 black leather sofas, coffee tables and a 32” TV connected to Freeview and the Internet. The WC and shower room is located on the 1st floor. WiFi is available if required and cost is shared between housemates.
The house is quiet as there are currently three female student housemates and mutual respect and consideration is of the utmost importance. The most suitable prospective housemate will have a friendly open and relaxed mature disposition.
The house is very conveniently located close to transport i. e. just a few minutes’ walk to Belmont Railway Station (on the London Victoria Line) and 6 local bus services which include 280, 80. S1, S2, S3 and S4. Belmont village is just a few minutes’ walk and has a wide range of shops and restaurants. Sutton Town Centre is just 1 mile away.
The monthly advance calendar rent is £395.00 excluding the gas and electricity bills which are shared equally between all existing housemates. A holding deposit of £300.00 is payable on commencement of the initial 6 month tenancy which may be mutually extended by agreement at the end of the 4th month from the beginning of the tenancy.
