Inexpensive room in exchange for help in the house

This room is in a charming house in Brockham village. The elderly house owner is fit and active, but needs someone to keep an eye on her - that she's up and about.
No nursing but must be willing to do helpful things around the house, like making the bed, putting out the bins, vacuuming etc. The low rent reflects this.
The bedroom is bright and airy with a big window and nicely decorated. A good quality bed and nice linen is provided along with a wardrobe, desk and dressing table within the bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen is shared with the house owner as is the bathroom (shower, toilet, handbasin, washing machine and tumble dryer).
Free Wi-fi included.
There is a pretty rear garden which you can use.
Space for bicycle.
No shift workers thank you.

Street parking is available and there is a bus at the end of the street that goes into Dorking, Guildford, Redhill or Reigate.
