There is a bus stop (to Farnham) one minute from the property, and Bentley train station is less than 10 minutes away by bicycle. There is a good country pubs just a short distance away.

The apartment has off-road parking, a dedicated front entrance into the lounge / kitchen-diner. The lounge contains a 3 seater sofa-bed, single armchair, coffee table and smart TV with access to FreeSat channels. Connection to a personal streaming account (self-paid), e. g. Netflix / Sky TV is possible.
The kitchen/diner is well equipped with 6ft fridge-freezer, large capacity washer-dryer, microwave oven, induction hob with extraction hood over, a conventional oven/grill, kettle and toaster, a sink and a range of drawers/cupboards. It also contains pots/pans, glasses, crockery, cutlery and a broad range of utensils.

The double bedroom is to the rear and includes an en-suite shower room (shower, sink and WC).
