The apartment (suited to single occupancy only) is adjacent to the main house, which is located in Bucks Horn Oak, Farnham, next to the beautiful Alice Holt forest and approximately 5 miles from central Farnham. There is a bus stop (to Farnham) one minute from the property and Bentley train station is less than 10 minutes away by bicycle. There are two good country pubs just a short distance away.

The apartment has off-road parking, a dedicated front entrance into the lounge / kitchen-diner. The lounge contains a 3 seater sofa-bed, single armchair, coffee table and smart TV with access to FreeSat channels. Connection to a personal (self-paid) Sky TV account is possible.
The kitchen/diner is well equipped with 6ft fridge-freezer, large capacity washer-dryer, microwave oven, induction hob with extraction hood over, a conventional oven/grill, kettle and toaster, a sink and a range of drawers/cupboards. It also contains pots/pans, glasses, crockery, cutlery and a broad range of utensils.

The double bedroom is to the rear and includes an en-suite shower room (shower, sink and WC). The bedroom itself has a double bed (memory foam mattress), wardrobe and bedside tables. An additional chest of drawers may be installed if required. French windows lead to a dedicated patio area with garden furniture and access to the rear garden / washing line.

The property has a gas-fired combi-boiler that provides central heating and hot water. It also has fibre broadband.
It will serve equally well as a primary dwelling (full time) or as a peaceful place to stay during the working week for a professional working away from home. If the apartment is to be used as a primary dwelling, the monthly rent will increase slightly to cover council tax.

Since the apartment is co-located with the main house, I'll be on site to assist with any house-related matters that may arise; otherwise I will leave you to your own devices.
