First Floor with Lift and Security entrance. Balcony with seating and bathroom with shower mainly for tenants use . Shared kitchen.. very clean and comfortable accommodation with TV and free WiFi. Only ask for no shoes worn inside, I’m friendly and independent but lead a busy life...so tend to do my own thing. There is unrestricted parking on residential road outside.
Anyone staying here is welcome to use all facilities in the Kitchen including the washing machine, although to be honest it won't suit someone who wants to cook 4 course meals or fish for example due to the layout of the flat.
