A furnished single room is available for either 7 days a week or Mon-Fri*.
Available 2nd May 2020 to November 2020 (Might be possible to extend)

The house is a peaceful 2 bedroom/1 bathroom 1st floor maisonette in Byfleet Village, in a quiet cul-de-sac. You would be sharing the living room/bathroom/kitchen and garden with me.

In the room there is a built in lockable double wardrobe, single bed, chair, shelves and chest of drawers.
You will also have your own cupboard space in the bathroom and kitchen.

I am very clean and tidy and expect the same from my new housemate!

Plenty of roadside parking.

*(Monday - Friday or equivalent would be £21 per night with a minimum amount of 15 nights per month=£336 minimum. Additional nights could be arranged in advance.)_____________________ _

Pubs, restaurants and shops are within a 2 minute walk.
Brooklands Tesco 24 hr and M and S are a 10 minute walk.

Byfleet and New Haw Train station is 1 mile away - a 20 minute walk - get to Waterloo within 35 minutes.
West Byfleet Train Station is 1.7 Miles away
Weybridge Train Station is 2 Miles away.
Sony/ Mercedes Benz World is a 20 minute walk.

M25, M3 and A3 are close by.
