The rent includes broadband, TV, and electric, gas and water bills, and council tax. Double room provides a double bed, while single room provides a single bed.

The property is in Camberley. It is in walking distance to local train station, supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, M&S, Sainsbury), It is close to shops and town centre, business parks, 5 min of driving distant to Frimley Park Hospital.
