Room is available from the 3rd of June.

Comes fully furnished with double bed, large double wardrobe with chest of drawers, 2 x further chest of drawers, desk, chair, bedside table with touch lamp, 32inch tv on wall with Freeview HD.
(Can come with or without mattress as an option, we know that some lodgers like to bring their own mattress with them.)

Ensuite has an electric shower, sink and loo.
The room is a ground floor bedroom with views to both the front and rear garden.

There is only 1 other lodger currently living here:
Lucy - who has been with us for almost 5 years now. She works in insurance.

Myself (Phil) and Christina are the live-in landlords:
Phil - Self Employed Cinematographer in the film industry.
Christina - Horticulturist

We are all very easy to get on with, very clean, non smoking with a pet tortoise, turtle and house cat (who is mainly upstairs.)

The house is a large 6 bedroom house.
Gravel drive with plenty of space to park the car. Large back garden.
Living room, dining room, kitchen, utility room. Comes with all the white goods one would expect; washer, dryer, dish washer etc.

It’s £620 a month. This includes all bills; gas, electricity, water, council tax are included in this price, along with WIFI (150mb download speed).
We are ideally looking for someone who is Monday to Friday for this Ensuite-Room, but we are currently still accepting 7 day normal renting.
If you would like a Monday to Friday rent option then this can be discussed with a reduced monthly payment.

- There is a postbox and bus stop a couple of yards from the house.
- Local shops are 15min walking distance or otherwise just round the corner by car. (Sainsburys, Pub, Post Office, Chinese takeaway, etc.)
- Close to town centre which features; Vue cinema, bowling, lots of varied restaurants, shopping mall.
- Super close access to the beautiful heathland for walking / running, where you can walk all the way through into Lightwater Country Park or into either Bagshot or Lightwater for some fish and chips ;-)
