A Unique Arrangement

Do you work from home and love dogs?

We are offering below market rent, including bills for the right person that works from home and is able to help with looking after our two wonderful boxers - Ruby and Roger. All bills are included (subject to limitations). Parking is free onsite.

In exchange and while you're working during the day we ask that during your breaks and between tasks, you let the dogs out to the garden, ensure their water bowl is full and allow them to relax and sleep close by. They're very well behaved and relaxed once they're around people. The occasional walk would be expected as well.

Our property is a beautifully Modern Edwardian apartment and you will have a luxury furnished Double Bedroom with en-suite (bath & shower). Perfect for your professional needs and equipped with fast WiFi.

Our flat is on the ground floor, neutrally decorated with high ceilings and has its own entrance.

You will have the freedom to enjoy the common areas within the rest of the flat consisting of an open plan kitchen, living room, utility room, conservatory, dining room, hallway w/c and a garden, decking and patio area.

Important:

It is very important that you are great with dogs.

Ruby is a very friendly 9 year old female boxer and Roger is a happy, bouncy, friendly 3 year old male boxer. Both will most definitely brighten up your day.

Kate and I are both professionals and enjoy socialising, getting out with the dogs and keeping active.

We are super flexible and feel it is more important to offer a cheaper rent for our room in exchange for our pups to have a new friend.
