Perfect for commuters close to the A331, M3 and far from the M4 or A3, also 5 minutes drive from trains direct into London every 30 minutes. also close to a bus stop for people who don't drive.

No couples, children or pets

Great for workers in Farnborough/Camberley Frimley/ London etc for Johnson's, Siemens, Frimley hosp, airport etc

Washing machine and drying facilities, cupboard space/fridge space for your bits n bobs.
Directly opposite local shops and many takeaway restaurants for those less culinary!
You may smoke but you do it outside.
Current occupants are two adults with one dog and Sidney the bird. You must like dogs and birds
The house has a real family feel including shared Kitchen,(with Aga!) sitting room facilities (including tv for all those must watch programmers) and shared dinners are often available for those who don't like to dine alone!
There is also a cleaner who comes in once a week - What more could you ask for ? you pay your share
We want a happy house and everyone chips in.
