We have a spacious, newly decorated, en-suite double bedroom available, in a large 6 bedroomed house, with freeview TV, Wifi, off street parking and all bills paid.

We are a professional friendly couple and our home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac just over a mile from Camberley town centre and less than 2 miles from Frimley Park Hospital.

We are owner occupiers, have our own bedroom with en-suite.

The house is double glazed and centrally heated. The room has TV, Wifi and freeview available. It has 3 large built in wardrobes with drawers and storage space above, bedside table and chest of drawers.

En -suite with WC, power shower, basin and storage.

We have a modern kitchen with separate breakfast room. Own fridge and food storage space is available if required with access to all facilities including dishwasher and washing machine

Wireless broadband available free of charge, with own computer.

We have a large secluded garden with 2 separate patio areas.

The room for rent is at the rear of the property and is not overlooked by others, there is no passing traffic. View from bedroom over garden, lawn trees and shrubs.

We have a large driveway with plenty of off road parking and storage space for bikes etc available by arrangement.

The household is non smoking. We do not have a dog, but our daughters dog, a whippet, does visit and stay on occasion.

Room available from Saturday 1st November 2023. Earlier occupancy may be available by agreement.

We are aware of the on going Covid 19 situation and are both d fully vaccinated.
