Hi,
I am currently looking for a flat mate, until the end of march. Happy and honest professional person is warmly welcomed. This is a 2 bedroom flat which you will be sharing only with myself. I am generally open and positive person practising all kind of sports and enthusiastic about the photography/ travelling etc. I respect privacy and own space. The house is a no smoking place, but personally I do sometimes smoke outside. There is a rear garden with the river access. Great place in a spring/summer time. As for the the room itself, it is quite sunny and have a massive storage space, double bed, desk and extra bedside table with lights. Virgin media /100mb broadband includedhe same as water, gas and electrics. S
On street parking.
Transport:
Northern Line from Morden - you can get bus no 80 (about 15 minutes to Morden and 300 meters from the house),
Hackbridge Rialway station - about 5-10 minutes walk from the house
Mitcham Junction station - about 5 minutes by bike... 20 -25 minutes walking...
Carshalton station - 15 minutes walk...
Other buses available.

The house is at the end of the bus 80 route and there is no traffic through here - QUITE ! A GOOD SLEEP PLACE unlike many places in London...
