Double room in clean and tidy family countryside home available for polite, clean and tidy professional - (well suited to cabin crew, training or qualified pilots, airport staff, office workers or equivalent).

House comprises 4 x double bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms for single professionals ranging from £775 - £975 pcm .

The house stands within its own 40 acres of private grounds and is surrounded by beautiful Green Belt countryside, open fields and historic SSSI woodland.

The property is only suitable for those with their own transport since it’s not served by a bus route. There is ample secure [24hr CCTV] gated and illuminated private parking for your vehicle.

You have full use of the lodger's kitchen/sitting room where you can cook, eat, watch TV and relax in your own space. You will also have available a laundry room where you can wash, dry and iron. All the kitchen and laundry equipment you are likely to need is provided for you, as is a garden area.

We have one small female dog (very loving) that isn’t allowed upstairs so the property is probably best suited to those who are comfortable with dogs. We don’t have cats.

Short term stays will also be considered.

All bills are included within the rental cost - there are NO extra charges of any kind.

We employ a professional cleaner to clean the shared areas of the house. Guests need only clean up after themselves.

Unlimited satellite WiFi broadband is fully accessible throughout the house and garden area.
