Good morning, we have a cottage in Cheam village, which has been completely renovated and we have rented out the 2 of the 3 bedrooms, it is the loft room which is available which is on it's own floor @ £550 the another two rooms are; one on the 1st floor and one is downstairs, so all very separate and private. The loft room has a double bed and you also have the other loft room for storage you only have to share the bathroom with one house mate as the main bedroom has it's own en-suite.
