There is on-street parking available free of charge, on a first come first served basis.

Flat is a 30 second walk from Chertsey train station and the high street is a couple of minutes stroll away. 28min to London on the train from Weybridge, 38mins from Chertsey. A 3minute drive to the M25 and 5minutes to the M3. Great access to surrounding areas, business parks, hospitals and Heathrow airport.

Tenant will be sharing with a live in landlord, but this is my second home and as such I am only there 2/3 nights a week for work at most. Tenant will have the property to themselves at the weekend.
