Mon-Fri let: Nice lrg double with lrg ensuite

Bedroom is fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, computer desk, TV, drawers bookcase and built in wardrobe. Bed linen is supplied and will be changed weekly.

Ensuite is large and has a shower, toilet, sink, and full length mirror. Please note that towels are not supplied.

You will be sharing with the landlords, a professional, non smoking, friendly couple in their 30s, their son and a cat. Happy to socialise over a coffee or glass of wine but equally respectful of privacy which is expected in return.

Tenant will also have shared use of the kitchen/diner. Please note there is no tenant access to the front reception room.
Within the kitchen the tenant will be allocated their own cupboard, fridge and freezer space and are welcome to use the dining table, breakfast bar, washing machine and tumble drier. It is politely requested that all hot food is consumed in the kitchen/diner and not in the bedroom.

There is also a garden with patio and outside seating which you are welcome to use.
The house is centrally heated and double glazed. High speed broadband is also available.

Street parking outside - no permit required.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful in exchange for staying somewhere comfy and homely on a mon-fri basis. However, if the odd weekend stay is required this is also possible on request and will be charged in addition at £25 per night.

3 mins walk to shops & local amenities incl Tesco, Sainsbury's, Boots, Fish and Chips, Indian restuarant/take away, Pizza hut take away, Local pubs, Community library, Post Office and bus stops.

Driving
Conveniently located for both the M25 (10 mins away) & A3 (2 mins away).

Buses
Bus stop is a 3 minute walk. Buses run in both directions towards Kingston and Leatherhead
Surbiton - 15min bus ride
Kingston - 20min bus ride
Leatherhead - 30min bus ride
Buses to and from Kingston/Surbiton run every 8 mins during the day
Buses to and from Kingston/Surbiton also operate 24 hours (reduced service at night)

Trains
10 min walk to Chessington North train station (zone 6) it takes 15 mins to Wimbledon and 35 mins to London Waterloo or alternatively jump on a bus to Surbiton for a fast train (15 mins) into London Waterloo.
