Two rooms: One master ensuite bedroom (an underfloor heated wetroom!), available from April 20th, and a large double bedroom available from April 1st.

There is a new high-spec kitchen and extension downstairs with a shared lounge area, and a spacious garden maintained by a professional gardener. The house was featured on the front of an architectural magazine (see pictures).
There is ample free parking down the road and two parking spaces on my front drive for lodgers to use. The house is on the 71/465/K4 bus route and is a 5/10-minute bus ride from Surbiton for quick access to central London. The house also has its own gym, that lodgers may use provided you use it responsibly.
Once upon a time the house allegedly used to be rented to the Japanese Embassy (before WW2!) and there's a blue plaque house at the end of the road with children's author Enid Blyton's name.

I'm looking for an easy-going individual lodger who is tidy, strictly non-smoking, aged 21-39 and is in full-time employment with conventional hours (unless in the medical profession). Please be transparent about your working arrangements, including the extent to which you'd be working from home.
