The property is shared with myself and sometimes my daughter and son when they return from University.
I'm a keen mountain biker, volunteer in local village activities and enjoy the food and socializing in the local pubs. Happy to socialise but I have my own friends and like my own company.
so someone similar would by ideal but not essential.
