Monday to Friday let in a newly converted annexe on the ground floor of a detached country house. The annexe area is fully furnished and consists of a double bedroom, a small newly converted kitchen (with washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, oven with two ring hob, butler sink), a sitting room with comfy sofa and tv, and a shower room. Fully tiled floor throughout with underfloor heating. There is parking on the drive.
Wifi, broadband and all bills are included.
We're only a couple of minutes walk from a lovely country pub, and a five minute drive from the A3. Farnham station is a ten minute drive away, Haslemere station thirteen minutes, Guildford station twenty minutes. The garden backs on to Hankley Common, which is perfect for cycling, walking and running.

I'm looking for a quiet, single professional who is in full time employment. (I'm sorry, but it's not suitable for couples, pets or children, thank you.)
I live in the main house which is attached to the annexe.
