Double Room in the borders of Cobham and Oxshott

This is only let for a professional in Cobham. Short term lets are possible, a minimum of 1 week stay is required. 

We are an easy going family (2 adults, 2 kids) living in 6 Bedroom house. The 3 rooms with the toilet and a large bathroom which will shared with other loges is above the garage with separate entrenches to the side house. As you enticed is small hall era and utility room where is Frige and white goods.

The rooms have a double bed, desk and big wardrobe. You will be sharing fridge, toaster, kettle, iron and microwave

We are roughly 5 mins walk from the Oxshot station, and 10 min from Oxshott village.

Bedlinen is laundered every two weeks, towels every week etc. provided. The room is cleaned every two weeks. Smoking not allowed. Plenty of room for undercover bike storage and car parking on dray way. All bills and wifi included. First and last months rate has to be paid in advance if is it a long term stay.

Professionals only, if you have a CRB check so much the better, but not essential. References will be taken.
