I recently purchased a property in Cobham that I am currently renovating and amongst the land are a few buildings that have been converted into dwellings, or even purposely built homes.
I am looking to rent out 4 of the buildings on the land at reduced rates for the next 6-12 months possibly longer. They were all being lived in up until 9 weeks ago.
These buildings are semi-rural meaning they have mains power but heating is not mains, so each building either has gas or oil. Rental is offered at plus bills and restrictions on the number of people living within the tenancy agreement. Wired Internet is expensive being its semi-rural location so I would suggest 4g, this can be supplied at cost to avoid long term contracts.

I am happy to make the buildings more homely but the plan is to keep the costs down so that the rental prices can remain low.
