Ideally located for commuters, the property is conveniently situated less than 5 minutes walk away from Coulsdon South's mainline train station with direct links to London Bridge/Victoria (20mins) as well as Redhill, Horsham, Gatwick Airport and Brighton.

Access to the A23/M23 & M25 are just a few minutes drive away, and a bus stop at the end of the road offers a regular 24hr (N68) service to London and the surrounding areas.

Coulsdon Town train station, in the town centre is also a short walk away, and within the town you will find a large array of shops & restaurants.

Beautiful Farthing Downs is also within 5 mins walking distance, offering a relaxing, peaceful setting to unwind and enjoy a countryside walk, running or cycling.
