I am a smoker but do not smoke in house only in Garden. Have small dog and 2 cats. Very new to the area. Quiet place off street free parking. 15 minute walk to highstreet. Should have shutters fitted by time room is available. I do. have family and freinds stay occasionally. Clean and tidy person I am happy occasionally if required to stay an extra night or weekend if needed by arrangement.
