Live-in Guardians is pleased to offer four small unfurnished rooms in an ex office block.
There is a large communal space, shower, and fully equipped kitchen.
The property is fantastically located on the main High Street and a short walk from East Croydon Station.

Rooms are priced from £375 per month all bills included.

We are a property guardian company, so you will be living in the property under a monthly licence agreement. This means that your notice period is a minimum of 28 days.

We only accept working professionals, 21 and over– no children or pets are allowed in the building.

We will require the following documentation from you:

• 3 months’ previous bank statements OR 3 months’ previous pay slips
• A copy of your passport OR photo ID
• A character or employment reference

We require the following payments from you to secure a room:

• 1 month rent upfront
• 1 month deposit
