We have a large (44 m2) two-bedroom flat with en-suite available for rent in a large Victorian house in central Croydon. One bedroom is very large whereas the other bedroom is very small, suitable for a child or to be used as an office. The flat also has a lounge and a kitchen with space for a dining table. Also a separate toilet.

The house is on a quiet residential street just a couple of minutes walk from central Croydon where you have two large shopping centres, daily market, cinema, gyms and an abundance of restaurants/bars. Wandle park (with pond) and Park Hill Park are both only a 14 minute walk away.

The house is split into seven self contained flats. It has an approved HMO license.

The property is incredibly well located a 14 min walk from East Croydon train station where direct trains run frequently day and night to London Bridge and London Victoria (13-18mins), Gatwick and Brighton. Buses also run throughout the day and night to London at the bus stop just at the end of the road.

Please note that we require one-month's rent as a deposit which will be stored securely with a Deposit Protection Scheme. Rent is paid monthly, one month in advance. We undertake tenant referencing with the National Landlord Association. Tenant pays council tax, electricity (smart prepayment meter) and water bills. Heating and Wi-Fi are free. Student with a guarantor accepted.

Smokers are OK, but NO SMOKING indoors! If the flat smells ,of any trace of smoke at any time, the rental agreement is terminated immediately and the tenant pays all costs to get rid off the odour.
