Lovely restful doubleroom-views to Garden

A quiet, fully furnished double- room with desk, full length wardrobe, overlooking peaceful garden. Broadband available.
There is a shared bathroom between two of you (lodgers). There is also an additional WC downstairs.
The room is single occupancy only.

This is a warm and welcoming house, ideally situated on the edge of Dorking but only 10 minutes walk from the town centre and Dorking stations. Good road connections (A24, A25) with Gatwick 30mins away and M25 10 minutes by car.

The ideal person would be friendly, considerate and respectful of others and like dogs. I have a devoted Cairnoodle living with me and enjoy our wooded walks on the doorstep. I'm a potter and work in my garden studio from home. My other lodger, a graphic designer works locally too. We sometimes get together and share a meal or a film in winter and have the odd 'braai' (bbq) in the garden in the summer time.

Tesco Express is just 2min. walk down the road.
oh.. and we have lovely views of Boxhill!
