The house is on a quiet residential road. There are nearby parks and countryside walks along the Green Sands Way and North Downs Way within easy access.
The double bedroom is at the back of the house, overlooking the garden, where it is lovely and quiet. It is currently set up with a comfy sofa bed as the room is only used for occasional guests, but can potentially be swapped to a proper double bed if necessary.
Monday to Friday let only (ie Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu nights), but possessions can be left over the weekend. Access to the rest of the house. Back garden also available for use, as is off street parking at the front of the property.
You’d be sharing with myself, the live-in co-owner, male, aged 45 and one friendly Tabby cat. I’m ideally looking to share with one other professional person, whilst my wife is working away from home during week days.
Rent includes bills, WiFi and Netflix, plus a weekly cleaner.
