Hi there. I have a double room available from 01/09/22.

House is a semi-detached three bed, and bedroom to rent is a good size double 3.12x3.15m. It is unfurnished except for large wardrobe with mirrored slidey doors. The downstairs is spacious with large kitchen and nice cozy living room providing separate spaces to relax or entertain. Rear bifold doors open to south facing garden. The decking is a nice spot for dining, chilling or yoga. The outhouse has my peloton bike and treadmill in it which you are welcome to use.

House is a 15 min walk to Norwood Junction station and 23 mins walk to East Croydon (or 10 mins walk-bus) for fast train services into London or to south coast. We’re also 10 mins stroll to Addiscombe High Street with plenty of shops and cafes. Street is quiet residential with friendly neighbours and free on-street parking.

I am a 41yo engineering consultant working a 9-5 from home or in Central London (about 50/50). I’m into sports/gym, eating out and flopping on sofa to watch tv. I have one cat, Waffle, who is 10yo. It is important you like cats because she has low appreciation for personal space. She is grumpy around other cats to begin with, but tends to warm up to them eventually so could potentially live with another cat. Dogs are a no I’m afraid. I’m a non smoker, so house is non smoking but happy for people to smoke in the garden.

All bills inc council tax, utilities, regular cleaner, wifi and sky tv included in rent. Open to considering couples, mon-fri lets or short term tenancies.
