A large king sized room is available in a very spacious 3 bedroom first floor maisonette. The room has 2 bedside tables, a double bed and huge wardrobe with inbuilt drawers. There’s ample space to put in a desk or sofa if you wanted.

The room is situated on the first floor with the kitchen, separate WC, bathroom and living room. There are two additional rooms on the second floor and we have our own en-suite.

All bills are included (council tax, electricity, gas and broadband). The use of the washing machine is extra.

There is pay and display parking on the road.

We are a professional couple working in financial services and law with a young family (two well behaved children). We have shared our home for many years so they are used to sharing their home. We are practising Christians.

We are looking for a professional individual who is happy living in a loving, warm family home. It’s not a party house.
Our last lodger lived with us for over 2 years and became a part of our family.
